Shipping policy

Order Processing

• All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

• Please allow 1–2 business days for order confirmation and packing. You’ll receive an automatic email with tracking once your parcel leaves our studio.

Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) on U.S. orders $50 and above.

• Orders under $50 and expedited options are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Windows

• Delivery estimates begin after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
  

Tracking & Updates

• A tracking link is emailed automatically; updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

• If your package shows “Delivered” but you can’t find it, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

• All shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email maisonteeb@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable) and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
